Indications d'application: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Approx 55-60 kDa band observed in Human Adipose lysates(calculated MW of 56.0 kDa according to NP_002657.2). Immunofluorescence: 1 μg/mL. Small lipid droplets preferentially stained in the periphery ofdifferentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
